Nice article Tom, like you I got into Mad magazine back when I was in middle school in the mid 1980's. I wasn't into drawing until late in my life, but I always thought the magazine was funny. Have a good one.
I perked up when I saw your mention of a workshop in Seattle! I've been hoping to attend one for years, but can't justify the time and expense of travel to a location since caricature is basically a hobby for me. However, a 4-hour drive would definitely be doable.... except that I have a direct conflict with these dates. All this to say is that I sincerely hope you'll schedule another one in the Pacific Northwest before too long - and give enough notice so that I can arrange to attend. Thanks for all the joy and inspiration the newsletter, books, and the rest continue to give me!

You're in luck! Thanks to an unknown family commitment I had to change the dates to Sept 7-8th!
Well sorry about that but those are my dates. I doubt I’ll be back that way anytime soon though.
